By accessing or using the Rye mobile application and related service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Rye is a recipe management application that allows users to:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings.

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by RYE RECIPES LLC

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, for any reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Automated or bot-like behavior, including:
    • Abnormally high volume of recipe imports or requests
    • Rapid-fire actions that exceed normal human usage patterns
    • Use of scripts, bots, or automated tools

12.2 Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure Service availability for all users, we implement rate limits and usage restrictions. These may include:

  • Limits on recipe imports per time period
  • Restrictions on API calls or requests
  • Temporary account suspension for excessive usage

Users who consistently exceed reasonable usage patterns or attempt to circumvent these restrictions may have their accounts permanently terminated.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS
